  Joined last week as just moved to Newport. Very experienced with gyms as have been with DL for last two years, plus the Copper Box arena in London. The reception by the team was fantastic. Genuine warmth. The facilities are amazing for the money, about a third of what I paid before. OK, the gym is small but the atmosphere is pleasant. To be able to go for a swim after a workout then the steam room. Most unusual in a council run facility.
